My name is Sage Bedard, and I am a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 10 years of experience providing health and safety services across a wide range of industries. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Keene State College, and my career has taken me across the country supporting projects of all sizes and complexities.

I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the nation’s largest contractors, providing safety support in environments ranging from the remote forests of Maine to major metropolitan areas including San Francisco, Seattle, and New York City. My experience spans diverse industries such as large-scale construction, manufacturing, full-site remediations, offshore drilling and renewable energy, horizontal directional drilling, environmental work, commercial diving, and residential construction, among others.

Throughout my career, my passion for training, mentorship, and practical safety solutions has continued to grow, ultimately leading me to start my own safety consulting and training business. I believe safety should be practical, understandable, and applicable, not overly complicated or one-size-fits-all.

I started this business after recognizing a significant gap in safety support for small businesses and firms—especially those that don’t have the resources for full-time safety staff. My goal is to provide affordable, customized, and practical safety services that meet organizations where they are, whether you’re a general contractor with thousands of employees or a small, family-run business just beginning your safety journey.
